The 48 Hours Money Back Guarantee applies if:
• You have purchased a subscription for the first time
• The subscription was purchased within the last 48 hours
• You are not satisfied with the result quality and have no use for cut out images generated by our service
• You have processed a total of less than 50 images in any resolution
• Your account, you personally and your company have not made use of the 48 Hours Money Back Guarantee before
To place a refund request, you would have to fill out our refund request form. We will then review your request within 48 hours and contact you via email.
Purchases outside of the 48 Hours Money Back Guarantee are generally non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your subscription you can cancel it any time. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

• Services that have been fully delivered and used as intended
• Subscription fees for periods where the service was available and accessible
• Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected abuse or fraud
• Multiple refund requests from the same user, account, or company may be declined
